No offense, but I've been watching Scotty for awhile now (roughly a year) and every time I would look at his deviations you always respond with the same comment, "This looks very nice man " or something similar to that. I know you are probably just showing your appreciation since "it's the thought that counts" but replying with the same comment for more than a year is just ridiculous.
I'm not trying to be rude, I just wanted to point this out since I was tired of seeing the same comment from you over and over again. Then again, why do you exactly ask the same question over again? As I stated before, I'm not trying to be rude. I just want to know.
Dude... he's right about how ridiculous it is, posting the same comment all the time. I went to a bunch of random deviations just to see if he was right and sure enough you literally make almost the same comment every time...
Don't get me wrong; I appreciate comments even more than faves and watches, but I have someone doing the same thing on my page on another site and the worst part is I KNOW the guy in real life. It comes across as really creepy and unsettling to me that he's there making the same "cute!" or "Nice, Bit!" comment on everything I ever post. @_@ If the artwork really is nice, just... say what you like about it. Cool use of colors, or awesome expression/pose, or just remark about how cool the character is. Or better, something you don't like. Not all art can be great, and there's always going to be bad things, so making a point to say something about an element you thought was off can actually be a big help to an artist.
You don't need to say something every time, either. If you really have nothing to remark on, I don't think it would ruin Scotty's day if you didn't post a comment once. Unless you lost a bet and you actually do have to post on every one.
I don't mean to be rude (even though I kind of am rude) but that's what I have to say.
